What are the accepted payment methods?

The payment methods accepted on our e-commerce are Paypal, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro and Klarna.

How can I order on www.petpwr.com?

Ordering is very simple, just choose the desired products and, if required, the preferred variant, add them to the cart and proceed with the payment. Especially in the case of customized products make sure you have correctly selected all the options by taking a look at the cart before proceeding with the check out.

I would like to place an order but I have doubts, can you help me?

Of course! You can find our references in the "Contatti", use the chat on the site or contact us via Instagram. Remember that Saturdays and Sundays are not working days so if you don't receive an immediate reply don't worry, we will contact you the next working day.

Can I order via whatsapp or email?

All our orders must necessarily be placed through the website but, upon request, we can send a cart to your email address and, when you want, you can finalize the purchase simply by entering your billing, shipping and payment details. We are also always available to guide and support you in your choice on all our social channels.

National shipping (Italy) costs 5,90 euros, shipping within EU countries 10 or 13 euros depending on the Country.

Can I ask to have the order delivered on a specific day?

As we do not personally take care of the delivery, we cannot schedule it for a specific day; once the order is placed, it will take a few days, depending on the selected product, for processing and 24 / 48h for delivery. We recommend that you base yourself on these times to receive your order on the best dates for your needs. In some cases, by contacting the courier directly, it is possible to agree on the day of delivery but these are procedures that Pet Pwr Srls does not deal with directly and subject to availability of the service.

Which are the couriers to which you entrust the shipments?

National shipments (Italy) are entrusted to SDA.

As for international shipments, the courier varies according to the best available rate for the country of destination.

Klarna has not authorized my installment request, why?

For this request you can contact directly theKlarna customer support as it is a third company and for privacy reasons we cannot obtain information about it.

I have not received the order confirmation email

The order confirmation email is automatic and is sent immediately after making the purchase.

If you have not received it, first check the spam folder, make sure that the email indicated in the order phase is correct and that the order has been successful.

My order hasn't been shipped yet, why?

Sometimes it may happen that the processing of the product takes a little longer than expected, especially with regard to items made to measure and / or during particularly intense periods such as holidays. In any case, don't worry, we always do our best to process orders quickly! As soon as the product leaves our premises you will receive an email with the tracking.

My order has not yet been delivered, why?

If your order has already left our premises it is unfortunately out of our direct control. It can happen that for various climatic reasons, strikes or in particularly intense periods, deliveries slip slightly; in these cases, we recommend that you contact the courier directly and check the progress of the shipment using the tracking number provided. If you wish to notify us, it will be our pleasure to send a reminder but we cannot ensure immediate resolution of the inconvenience as the transport is managed by third parties and not directly by Pet Pwr Srls.

Is it possible to make a return?

It is possible to make a return within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery of the order. Pet Pwr Srls will reimburse all payments received except, if incurred, those relating to out-of-pocket shipping costs. The right of withdrawal is not applicable with regard to food and customized products (Article 59 of the Consumer Code). Shipping by courier and traceable is always charged to the customer. What should I do when my order arrives?

Once the order has been received, it is important to check that the package is intact, complete with all the items and consistent with the description; any problems must be communicated within 14 days of delivery with photographs in digital format. For more details read who.

I have made a return, when will i receive the refund?

The refund will be issued on the same payment system used in the order when we receive and verify the returned goods. Once the refund has been issued, it may take 3-5 working days before you see the credit.

I'm purchasing an item as a gift, is the price of the products indicated in the transport document?

No, the transport document shows the summary of the products purchased but the cost is never indicated.
